Assistant Controller

📋 Description

• Supervise transaction-level general ledger process and monthly close
• Supervise revenue recognition process and detail review revenue schedules for accuracy
• Supervise processing of accounts payable and employee expenses
• Supervise billing and collections of customer receivables
• Supervise two direct reports in the accounting function
• Responsible for timely and accurate monthly reporting, including monthly compliance with group

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in an Assistant Controller or
• Deep knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and experience preparing
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar platforms)
• Strong understanding of internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit processes
• Experience with month-end and year-end close procedures, including reconciliations and
