📋 Description

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of commercial agreements, including vendor
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify legal and commercial risks, recommend practical
• Provide responsive legal guidance on day-to-day operational and commercial matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 5–8 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house corporate legal department
• Demonstrated ability to independently draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• Working knowledge of a broad range of commercial legal issues, corporate governance, regulatory
• Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to
• Ability to prioritize multiple matters, exercise sound judgment, protect confidential information
