Develop and implement M&A legal strategy aligned with business goals
Advise on securities laws and reporting requirements
Drive corporate governance with the CLO engaging the board and committees
Lead and coordinate due diligence for M&A and capital markets
Draft, review, and negotiate M&A documents including purchase agreements and NDAs
Advise on and ensure securities law compliance

🎯 Requirements

JD from an accredited school with top credentials
Admitted to a US State Bar
5-7 years experience at a top law firm; in house a plus
Expertise in M&A, securities law and corporate governance
Experience managing complex M&A transactions (tech/financial services preferred)
Excellent writing, analytical, negotiation and communication skills
