🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from accredited school; strong academics.
• Licensed to practice in a U.S. state.
• 5-7 years in top-tier law firm; in-house a plus.
• Expertise in M&A, securities law, governance.
• Experience in complex technology or financial services deals.
• Excellent writing, analysis, negotiation, presentation.
