Assist the General Manager in coordinating and take ownership for tasks and assignments
Manage day to day operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer
Assist in developing more managers by setting the example and mentoring team
Adhere to policies and procedures and expect the same from crew
Provide daily encouragement of team members and recruiting great new people
Staffing and paperwork management

🎯 Requirements

Knowledge of all operational tasks and ability to train those tasks
Ability to operate all equipment
Ability to stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
Ability to prepare product correctly at an advanced pace
Ability to receive and process telephone orders
Ability to take inventory and complete associated paperwork
