• Responsible for all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and Customer relations
• Must set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, work to a schedule, maintain perfect image and
• Ensure great customer service, attendance and punctuality, and transportation to/from work
• Maintain store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability
