• Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during shift
• Set an example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time
• Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, and work scheduling
• Ensure perfect image and adherence to standards, provide great customer service
• Maintain attendance and punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability
• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders

• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under
