📋 Description

• Oversee and support the Client Due Diligence (CDD) framework within Jersey-regulated funds.
• Provide guidance on investor onboarding, periodic reviews and higher-risk investor relationships.
• Act as SME in AML/CFT and CDD, liaising with Compliance and FATCA/CRS specialists for approvals.
• Maintain and improve CDD processes, records, and escalation procedures.
• Mentor team members on CDD/AML matters and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Deputise for the CDD Manager and ensure regulatory requirements are applied appropriately.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in CDD/KYC, AML/CFT, or related compliance role.
• Experience in funds, financial services, or corporate services environment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT legislation and risk-based due diligence approaches.
• Experience reviewing ownership structures and identifying Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs).
• Strong analytical, organizational and IT skills across multiple systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
