Assistant Manager, Trustee Billing and Reporting

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee Trustee Billing operations, including Billing Team Leads and Billing Analysts
• Manage the end-to-end trustee billing lifecycle, ensuring all billable services are invoiced
• Ensure transferred loans and servicing portfolios are identified promptly and that all billable
• Monitor billing volumes, workflow performance, aged unbilled balances, operational bottlenecks, and
• Coach and develop team members while maintaining a motivated, accountable, and high-performing
• Prepare regular SLA reports, operational updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics for

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree or equivalent educational qualification.
• 7+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably within the title or mortgage industry.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, team development, and performance management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and priorities within a high-volume, SLA-driven operational
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, with strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience with MS SQL and the ability to work with operational and financial data.
