🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Candidates
• In lieu of a degree, candidates must possess equivalent applicable experience in the construction
• Experienced in demolition, site restoration, material management, cost tracking, and interpreting
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and accounting/cost
• Proven ability to lead, supervise, and motivate teams; strong understanding of subordinate roles
• Excellent written/oral communication, strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention
