📋 Description

• Coach and mentor an assigned team of Design Consultants ensuring all company revenue goals and key
• Ensure direct reports are delivering on an exceptional customer experience at every touch point and
• Performance manage underperformers following performance management guidelines, including detailed
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and other Assistant Sales Managers/Sales Leads to ensure all
• Work in collaboration with the General Manager and Central Support team to ensure the assigned
• Work with Design Consultants to create a Personal Marketing Plan and/or plan for self-generated

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; some college education preferred.
• Interior design education, direct industry experience, or proven passion for home décor.
• 5+ years of direct selling consultative sales experience in B2C environment, preferably high-end
• 3+ years of management/leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading a team to exceed sales quotas and sales metrics.
