Manage store team and overall store success
Drive sales goals through training and leadership
Maintain product knowledge and inform customers about features/benefits
Oversee store operations: opening/closing, returns/store credit, special orders, task delegation
Support a safe, engaging shopping environment aligned with company values

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in sales management, product sales, and customer service in specialty retail
Experience leading, coaching, mentoring a team
Proficient with MS Excel and POS systems (RetailPro)
Self-starter committed to delivering personalized retail experiences
Interest in motorcycles or riding community is a plus
