Assistant Store Manager

📋 Description

• Share responsibility for managing the store's team members and overall success
• Hold Sales Associates accountable for meeting sales goals by ensuring friendly, enthusiastic
• Maintain strong product knowledge and provide customers and team members with in-depth information
• Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, returns/store credit
• Provide training, lead by example, and communicate sales goals
• Assign and assist with cleaning, stocking, organizing, and merchandising tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years+ sales management, product sales, customer service experience, ideally in a specialty
• Experience with leading, coaching, mentoring, and/or teaching a team
• Experience with computers (MS Excel) and POS systems (RetailPro)
• Self-starter mentality with outstanding, personalized retail experience
• Open mind, eager to learn and be part of the riding community
• Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (strongly desired, but not a requirement)
