Assistant Store Manager

📋 Description

• Share responsibility for managing the store’s team members and the overall success of the store
• Hold Sales Associates accountable for meeting sales goals by ensuring friendly, enthusiastic
• Maintain strong product knowledge and provide customers and team with in-depth information on
• Assist with all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, returns/store credit
• Assign and assist with cleaning, stocking, organizing, and merchandising tasks
• Lead sales driving for the team, providing training, leading by example, and communicating sales

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years+ sales management, product sales, customer service experience, ideally in a specialty
• Experience with leading, coaching, mentoring, and/or teaching a team (retail or otherwise)
• Experience with computers (MS Excel) and POS systems
• Stay up-to-date with brand and product knowledge, company information, and sales events
• Ability to lead by example with a friendly and upbeat personality
• Passion for the powersports industry
