Assistant Store Manager

📋 Description

• Share responsibility for managing the store's team members and overall success of the store
• Hold Sales Associates accountable for meeting sales goals by ensuring friendly, enthusiastic
• Maintain a strong sense of product knowledge and provide customers and team members with in-depth
• Assist with, and be knowledgeable in, all store operations including opening and closing
• Lead sales driver for the team by providing training, leading by example, and communicating sales
• Demonstrate ownership of store presentation by assigning and assisting with cleaning, stocking

• Minimum 2+ years of sales management, product sales, or customer service experience (preferably in
• Experience with leading, coaching, mentoring, or teaching a team
• Experience with computer systems (MS Excel) and POS systems (RetailPro)
• Self-starter mentality with ability to deliver personalized retail experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
