• Drive store performance by leading key sales initiatives such as clienteling, owning the floor
• Leverage KPIs and core business drivers (traffic, CVR, AOV, UPT) to influence sales targets and
• Command the floor during peak segments, instilling urgency and a bias for action
• Lead impactful floor meetings, training, and coaching for consistent performance
• Champion a customer-first culture to build comfort, trust, and loyalty
• Maintain operational excellence through inventory, shipment, and loss-prevention practices
