Assistant Superintendent - Evening Shift

📋 Description

• Coordinate, schedule, and manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Expedite subcontractors and vendors on a daily and weekly basis.
• Identify and resolve construction-related issues as they develop.
• Supervise self-perform work and develop specialized construction methods to improve job efficiency.
• Oversee material receiving, ensuring all items are inspected for quantity and quality, and
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and cost control records.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of work experience as a technical specialist in the construction industry.
• At least two (2) of these years must have been involved in managing all phases of construction work
• Experience in new and modernization type construction, including the management or monitoring of at
• Proven experience in interpreting contract documents (specifications, drawings, shop drawings).
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with NYC public agencies is strongly preferred.
