📋 Description

• Respond to customer requests and issue transportation orders for household and personal goods
• Track and follow up on transportation orders, monitor service execution, and ensure that requests
• Review, process, and correct transportation billing documents to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Investigate and address invoices placed on hold due to financial, accounting, or tax-related
• Monitor transportation requests and maintain accurate records to support operational visibility and
• Extract and analyze relevant information using queries and support workflows involving accounts

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or technical qualification.
• Previous experience with analysis and customer service processes, preferably in logistics or
• Solid understanding of freight transportation logistics and related operational workflows.
• Familiarity with reviewing, processing, and resolving invoices or billing transactions placed on
• Knowledge of extracting data through queries and familiarity with SAP/R3 financial workflows
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is an advantage.
