📋 Description

• Quarterly and annual planning; revenue planning and pricing.
• Weekly sales reporting and analysis: opportunities, pipeline health, weekly status.
• Reporting and analysis for upper management on delivery, attainment, pacing, growth, coverage
• Lead a team of CSMs
• Implement processes and procedures to scale.
• Knowledge management: maintain and grow process documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced technology company, preferably within the digital advertising
• Strong ability to influence, communicate effectively, and drive change across multiple stakeholders
• Highly adaptable and able to prioritize, multitask, and quickly shift focus to respond to changing
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and efficiently manage
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, creative, and resourceful, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and positive attitude.
