Associate Asset Manager - Memphis

📋 Description

• Learn our equipment, sites, and maintenance program through on-the-job training alongside the Asset
• Create and maintain asset records in our asset management / CMMS system, including asset hierarchy
• Assist with field walkdowns to verify, tag, and photograph equipment, and help reconcile physical
• Help onboard new equipment into the asset management system as new facilities are commissioned
• Support the setup and upkeep of preventive maintenance (PM) schedules based on manufacturer
• Create and track work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance, following up to ensure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate degree in engineering, engineering technology, industrial/facilities
• Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data entry, cleanup, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to keep records accurate and
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work with technicians, contractors, and vendors.
• Eagerness to learn and take direction, and comfort working onsite in an industrial/data center
