Manage a caseload of various types of personal injury matters in litigation
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, including filing complaints
Draft meet and confer letters to opposing counsel regarding discovery disputes
Prepare clients for depositions and other applicable hearings
Take and defend depositions throughout the course of litigation
Prepare and respond to motions, including dispositive motions

🎯 Requirements

1-2 years of Personal Injury Law experience
Strong background in Personal Injury Litigation, including pre-litigation case management and
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
Juris Doctor degree and current good standing with CA State bar is required
Workers Compensation experience is a plus
Written Discovery skills
