• Identify and evaluate audiobook catalogs from authors, publishers, and distributors.
• Negotiate licensing agreements and partnerships to create long-term value.
• Build relationships with independent publishers, distributors, and authors as primary contact.
• Develop partnership structures to support sustainable growth for creators.

• Partner with creators to optimize catalog performance and discovery.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in publishing, digital media, business development, or content licensing.
• Experience negotiating and closing licensing, distribution, or partnerships.
• Strong understanding of indie publishing, hybrid publishers, authors, and distributors.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Use data, financial insights, and market trends to inform decisions.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree beneficial.
