Associate, Capital Markets

📋 Description

• Work on capital formation analysis, planning, strategy and execution
• Support capital formation at corporate, HoldCo, SPV, and portfolio levels
• Prepare materials for investors, lenders, banks, and advisors
• Build sophisticated financial models for capital formation
• Lead or support due diligence to explain Generate’s business and assets
• Contribute to M&A and valuation analyses

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity
• 2+ years of rigorous financial modeling and GAAP knowledge
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; Salesforce/DealCloud a plus
• Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement
• Unimpeachable integrity and glowing references
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
