Associate, Contract Management I - US hours

📋 Description

• Be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of Commercial Contracts
• Working closely with our Client’s in-house legal departments on a range of matters such as
• Be part of a team committed to the overall delivery of services and compliance with all delivery
• Active caseload management
• Adhere to all Factor delivery processes and commitments
• Input and manage data on Factor and client systems and keep them up to date

🎯 Requirements

• Law Degree and/or Legally Qualified
• Legally eligible to work in the country this role is based
• Minimum of 2 years' experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within a law firm
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Regular client-facing experience
