📋 Description

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, requests for proposals, and other legal
• Provide legal support and advice to product and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and protection regulations, including the EU and UK
• Balance risks in business processes and decision making.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from an accredited university.
• Membership in a Canadian provincial or territorial law society.
• 2+ years of experience as a tech legal counsel (in-house or a law firm).
• Strong negotiating skills with both legal and business counterparties.
• Experience negotiating tech agreements (NDA, SaaS Agreement, EULA, MSA, SOW, DPA, etc.).
• Experience building trustful relationships with internal clients.
