Provide legal advice on general corporate matters, governance and regulatory matters affecting the
Support business teams on operational, commercial, and strategic initiatives from a legal
Manage and mitigate legal risk in day-to-day business operations
Liaise with external counsel on specialized legal matters

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience in a legal counsel role, preferably in private practice and/or in the
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to the New York State Bar Association
Knowledge of digital assets is preferred but not essential
Sound judgment and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
