Draft, review, redline, and negotiate routine and moderately complex commercial agreements
Review contract terms for clarity, consistency, legal and business risk
Participate in written and verbal negotiations with counterparties and counsel
Review common commercial terms including indemnification, limitation of liability, termination
Maintain regular communication with the Senior Contract Attorney and legal team
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand commercial objectives

🎯 Requirements

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in at
1-2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably involving commercial contracting
Experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, or negotiating commercial agreements
Experience using AI-enabled tools for contract review preferred
Strong analytical and legal research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
