Associate Counsel, Employment

📋 Description

• Provide pragmatic day-to-day employment advice and counseling on a broad range of employment issues
• Investigate pre-litigation and litigation matters. Develop and implement strategies for early

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years practicing employment law at a leading law firm and/or in-house, with experience and/or
• Prior in-house experience and expertise supporting a global workforce is a plus but not required.
• Active and in good standing with a State Bar and eligible to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
• J.D. from a top-tier law school
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, judgment, communication (written and verbal) and
• Adept at thinking creatively (and strategically!) on your feet, conveying grace under pressure, and
