Associate Creative Director, Art & Design

📋 Description

• Partner with Creative Directors and leadership to elevate client brand expression and achieve
• Lead the conceptualization and design of integrated digital advertising campaigns
• Present ideas, build client relationships, and confidently lead art and design conversations
• Actively participate in hands-on creative development and production
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and strategists to develop cohesive creative concepts
• Provide clear, focused feedback to creative teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of design and art direction experience in advertising and marketing
• Exceptional creative background with understanding of digital and non-traditional ad formats
• Collaborate effectively with creative leads and copywriters
• Contribute to strategic and creative discussions throughout project lifecycle
• Experience crafting brand style guides
• Automotive and/or production industry experience highly desired
