Associate Creative Director - Design

📋 Description

• Craft visually compelling designs ensuring consistent and premium presence across diverse channels
• Produce high-quality assets across digital and animated menu boards, packaging, in-restaurant
• Strategically apply design systems across various touchpoints
• Engage in all facets of design from quick comping to creating design systems to type treatments
• Work seamlessly with client-side digital and development teams
• Articulate underlying strategy behind design projects

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience in ad agency, digital shop, or creative studio
• Portfolio showcasing strong digital, responsive, and cross-channel work
• Proficiency in Figma (including auto-layout, components, prototyping)
• Deep mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrated ability to manage, inspire, and direct a team of designers
• Experience with QSR, fast-casual, or high-volume retail brands is a plus
