📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of creative concepts for digital, print, and multimedia
• Own our tokenized digital web design system in Figma, with components mapped one-to-one to our
• Prototype and build directly using AI-assisted design and development tools, moving fluidly from
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to create compelling visual narratives that
• Manage a team of digital designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to
• Oversee the production process from ideation through to final delivery, ensuring projects meet

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a creative role with 2+ years of experience as a direct people manager
• Expertise in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After
• Experience and curiosity around AI models and tools for how they augment design workflows and
• Hands-on experience working within a componentized or tokenized design system in Figma, ideally one
• Genuine, hands-on fluency with AI-assisted design or prototyping tools—you don't need to be a deep
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, UX/UI design principles, and digital marketing best
