🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven leadership in home health or healthcare operations.
• Track record building culture and driving results.
• Strong relationship, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial and operational acumen; experience managing to goals.
• Home health/Medicare-certified experience and regulatory knowledge preferred.
