Support the execution of the AI strategy in the Finance function.
Lead adoption efforts for Finance AI & Automation initiatives, including piloting solutions
Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, providing technical guidance, setting priorities, and
Review machine learning models for quality, rigor, and business relevance before they move to
Partner with BTS and Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain ML
Design and deliver ML training to build AI literacy and skills across Finance.

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related
Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience with exposure to data, AI, or automation programs
Experience building machine learning models and deploying them into production environments.
Hands-on experience with MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and
Proven experience driving AI adoption, including piloting solutions, change management, user
Familiarity with data strategy, architecture, and operations; proven success driving or supporting

Salary range: $141,500 - $268,500 USD per year.
