🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics, consulting, or strategic advisory across agency, holding company, or
• Track record leading complex projects or programs, or recognized as a senior expert in domain
• Emerging account-economics literacy - utilization, scope, margin within a remit
• Demonstrated influence across functions or client portfolios
• For the AD/Lead track: experience leading and developing teams
• Credible senior client relationships and the ability to advise, not just deliver
