• Support the development, implementation, and ongoing evolution of the COHERE strategy, operating

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree (MBA, MSc, PhD, MD, MPH) preferred.
• Academic background in sociology, public health, or a related field advantageous.
• At least 8 years of relevant clinical research operational experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical research operations, study planning, patient-centered design, and
• Ability to translate complex strategies into scalable operational approaches.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills using real-world data to inform decisions.
