Associate Director, Commercial Master Data Management

📋 Description

• Serve as hands-on business owner and architect for commercial master data domains including HCP
• Establish and maintain enterprise master data standards, business rules, hierarchies, ownership
• Build and operate the Commercial Data Stewardship Program including onboarding, enrichment
• Develop and optimize match rules, merge rules, survivorship logic, deduplication, affiliation
• Establish commercial data quality standards, KPIs, monitoring processes, scorecards, and reporting
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring data quality issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years experience, or Master’s degree
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical commercial operations or related experience in enterprise data
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing Master Data Management solutions in complex
• Proven ability to develop and tune match rules, merge rules, and survivorship logic across
• Strong understanding of commercial data mastering, identity resolution, hierarchy and relationship
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms and commercial data architectures or comparable technologies
