Associate Director, Compliance Issue Management

📋 Description

• Own Flex's compliance issues and end-to-end problem-management program.
• Drive issues to resolution across Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Security.
• Influence C-suite executives to ensure timely identification, resolution, and reporting.
• Run the cross-functional compliance issues working group: set agenda and escalation.
• Set and enforce standards for issue documentation, prioritization, and SLA discipline.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions with remediation plans and dates.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, or regulatory reporting.
• Experience at large regulated institutions and high-growth fintech or tech firms.
• Proven track record owning an issues-management or regulatory-reporting program.
• Proven ability to drive outcomes across functions through influence, not authority.
• Executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite and bank partners.
• Strong project management: manage many moving parts and deadlines.
