• Lead and mentor the Compliance team across all lines of business.
• Design, implement, and improve the corporate compliance program.
• Monitor federal and state regs to inform strategy.
• Lead investigations; oversee corrective action plans.
• Develop and manage organization-wide compliance training.
• Produce actionable compliance reports for leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in healthcare compliance (regulatory affairs or related)
• 5+ years managing effective Compliance teams
• 5+ years applying state/federal health insurance statutes and MA requirements
