Associate Director, Data Operations - Patient Services

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end data operations for patient services, copay and affordability programs, specialty
• Lead technical workstreams and deliver high-quality technical outputs for complex projects and
• Oversee onboarding, validation, reconciliation, monitoring, and delivery of internal and external
• Implement and monitor data lifecycle and quality processes to maintain data accuracy and
• Develop and maintain metadata documentation to improve data accessibility and usability.
• Conduct data lifecycle management activities, including data retention, archival, and disposal.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in data operations, data
• Demonstrated experience leading technical workstreams, developing actionable methods and analyses
• Ability to define and validate analytical or technical methods, document results and assumptions
• Experience implementing data lifecycle and quality processes, maintaining metadata documentation
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional data initiatives and integrating technical solutions
