📋 Description

• Manage the pipeline of proposals, pitches, reports, site visit itineraries, and other funder-facing
• Review and refine all fundraising materials before submission to ensure accuracy, clarity, quality
• Establish and maintain systems, workflows, and timelines that give the Fundraising team clear

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 12 years of experience in development, fundraising, or communications, including

• Experience working with international donors, foundations, or institutional funders.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with meticulous attention to detail, clarity, and accuracy.
