📋 Description

• Define enhancements for Clinical Trial Management Systems and other digital solutions supporting
• Engage clinical stakeholders across regions and functions to understand processes, pain points
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements while ensuring organizational, regional, and
• Facilitate prioritization of technology demand based on business value, organizational priorities
• Translate priorities into actionable plans in collaboration with Development and IT teams while
• Draft and finalize business requirements and user stories for prioritized technology enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in drug development and clinical trial operations.
• Strong clinical operations domain expertise and understanding of clinical trial processes.
• Demonstrated experience performing business analysis for technology projects.
• Experience with core clinical systems, particularly Clinical Trial Management Systems.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and validated systems.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $143,300–$193,300.
