Associate Director / Director of Product Management, Signatera Hematologic Oncology (Heme)

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the Signatera product roadmap for hematologic malignancies, beginning with
• Lead market entry planning for Signatera in heme as a laboratory developed test (LDT), including
• Define product requirements for blood-based malignancies with R&D, Lab Operations, and Software
• Lead product support for clinical trials using Signatera in heme, including IUO use in studies with
• Partner with Regulatory, Clinical, and Business Development on trial start-up, study requirements
• Build product performance metrics and dashboards. Analyze test volume, adoption, ordering patterns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, statistics, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree
• 5+ years (7+ preferred) of experience in product management, product marketing, or market analytics
• Hematologic oncology experience is strongly preferred, especially multiple myeloma and lymphoma.
• Working knowledge of oncology molecular testing, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and biomarkers
• Experience with data analysis. SQL, Snowflake, or similar tools preferred.
• Familiarity with a high complexity molecular laboratory, including cfDNA or plasma workflows, is a
