📋 Description

• Develop concepts and budgets for custom events and tentpoles.
• Act as senior producer on tentpoles, events, editorial initiatives, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with leadership, Vox Creative, editorial, and sales to craft concepts.
• Manage event production: budgets, schedules, venues, branding, talent.
• Lead sponsor opportunities and go-to-market activations.
• Mentor junior team and monitor industry trends.

• Proven experience producing large-scale experiential events.
• Strong budgeting and P&L management.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with creative, editorial, and sales teams.
• Proficient in sponsor activations and partnerships.
• Mentoring junior team members and leading brainstorms.
• Ability to manage on-site and virtual activations.
