Associate Director, Field Tools & Analytics, Oncology

📋 Description

• Own and author the long-range strategic plan and multi-year technology roadmap for all Oncology
• Set priorities for platform investment, retirement, and consolidation decisions based on franchise
• Anticipate future field force needs and proactively evolve the toolset ahead of business demand.
• Architect end-to-end field tool solutions, defining system design, data flows, and integration
• Set technical and business requirement standards; final approver on major system design decisions.
• Partner with IT, BTS, and OEC to ensure architecture aligns with enterprise technology standards

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical or relevant industry experience, including experience setting technology
• Demonstrated people leadership experience managing managers or senior individual contributors.
• Strong executive presence; able to confidently advise Executive and Sales Leadership on strategic
• Salesforce/Veeva CRM: strategic and architectural understanding of platform capability.
• Data analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) — ability to evaluate and select tools at an
