Associate Director, Finance Systems - IT

📋 Description

• Lead SOX 404(b) compliance and ITGC for in-scope finance systems.
• Own NetSuite as senior system owner; roadmap and releases.
• Partner with Accounting, Legal, HR, Billing, and IT for a controlled environment.
• Design and maintain risk and control docs and process flows across finance systems.
• Lead remediation actions and support internal audit readiness.
• Drive automation and optimization across finance and supply chain systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a SOX 404(b)-compliant public company environment.
• Big 4 audit firm experience with control walkthroughs and evidence.
• 6+ years of NetSuite and finance systems administration experience.
• Deep SOX ITGC knowledge across logical access, change, and operations.
• Proven end-to-end finance systems implementations in public companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, CS, or related field.
