Associate Director, Finance - Transformation

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between Global Commercial Finance and Corporate on enterprise-wide
• Align U.S. Therapeutics Finance Future Fit priorities with broader initiatives, including Project
• Partner closely with the Global Finance Systems team on finance systems matters supporting U.S.
• Lead the execution of approved finance capability initiatives, project plans, milestones, and
• Develop and maintain communications that keep the finance community informed of Finance Future Fit
• Coordinate culture and engagement activities, including newsletters and employee recognition

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive finance related experience.
• Effective at delivering results in a highly matrix environment.
• Strong understanding of AbbVie financial planning processes and systems.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong leadership skills with a keen sense of ownership and advanced team building skills.
