Associate Director, Finance - Transformation

📋 Description

• Lead the Commercial Finance Transformation initiatives under the enterprise-wide themes of Process
• Ensure execution of agreed project plans and timelines for all finance capability initiatives.
• Execute the system strategy which includes establishing overall data structure/governance as well
• Act as key liaison between Commercial Finance and Corporate to drive enterprise-wide Finance
• Coordinating communications and change management for Finance Transformation program for Commercial
• Actively support the culture club workstreams (Professional Development, Operational Excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive finance related experience.
• Effective at delivering results in a highly matrix environment.
• Strong understanding of AbbVie financial planning processes and systems.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
