Associate Director, Influencer & Creator Marketing

📋 Description

• Providing strategic oversight and quality control across a portfolio of influencer and creator
• Coaching and leading by example, supporting other team members through account guidance, campaign
• Potential to directly manage team members, including regular performance conversations, development
• Managing a select book of enterprise-level clients directly, serving as a senior strategic partner
• Leading the development of full-funnel influencer and creator strategies rooted in client business
• Staying hands-on across the campaign lifecycle and stepping in when needed to guide or troubleshoot

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of influencer and creator marketing experience within an agency and/or in-house
• At least 1 year of people-management experience, with a demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and
• Deep experience developing and executing influencer and creator strategies across awareness
• Experience leading enterprise-level programs across multiple brands, business lines, regions, or
• Strong command of end-to-end campaign operations, including creator discovery and vetting, audience
• Experience managing relationships with creators, talent managers, agencies, platforms, and vendors
