🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in claims ops, L&D, knowledge mgmt, or related field
• 5+ years of people leadership across multiple high-value projects
• 6+ years collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams
• 3+ years in benefit and contract interpretation in billing
• 3+ years analyzing and improving processes and workflows
