Associate Director, Maintenance

📋 Description

• Ensures that plant utilities are compliant to cGMP and regulatory requirements and meet all aspects
• Plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications to existing or new space, including estimates
• Oversees and manages the department facilities and equipment repairs and maintenance budget(s), all
• Guides and directs building space allocation, layout and facilities expansions.
• Plans and guides site equipment and facilities maintenance program including but not limited to
• Develops overall equipment, facilities and utilities maintenance strategy including lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
• Ten (10) years of experience in maintenance with five (5) years’ experience in facilities
• Seven (7) years of project management experience leading projects.
• Five (5) years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry preferred.
